My name is Donna Bragg, and I am the Owner & Nursing Manager of Chosen Hearts Home Care. I bring over 25 years of experience in healthcare, including 11 years as a nurse, with a lifelong passion for providing compassionate, dependable, and dignified care.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals and families, gaining a deep understanding of the importance of trust, consistency, and personalized support. I founded Chosen Hearts Home Care to ensure individuals can remain safe, comfortable, and supported in the place they call home through high-quality non-medical home care services.
